Who in here is a Rochel shipper? We’re guessing if you are, then you definitely know we’re talking about Ross and Rachel from Friends. Well, we’ve got some news for all of you die-hard Friends fans out there. Rumor has it that Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer might actually be dating in real life. Are you jumping out of joy yet?
We’re pretty certain most of you Friends’ addicts have been in awe ever since you heard the news. Excuse this overexcitement but it’s Ross and Rachel, you guys! Probably the most admired couple on T.V. – at least for us.
Many of you are probably questioning the reality of this right now, but let’s check the facts here:
For starters, the fact that they admitted to having feelings for each other during the reunion. “The first season I had a major crush on Jen. At some point, we were both crushing hard on each other, but it was like two ships passing because one of us was always in a relationship,” David said.
Following the filming of the reunion, they started talking again which led to David flying all the way from New York to Los Angeles to see Jen, coincidence? We don’t think so!
During their time together in LA, sources report that “they’ve been spending time at Jen’s home, where she’s cooked dinners in the evenings, and have enjoyed quality time together, chatting and laughing. They were also spotted drinking wine, deep in conversation, as they walked around one of Jen’s favorite vineyards in Santa Barbara, where it was clear there was lots of chemistry between them.”
Do you need a pinch? Because we still can’t believe this is happening in real life and that it’s not just another episode on the show. We know for sure we believe real love does exist now!
So, what happens next? We wait. We know anyone who ships Ross and Rachel is up on their feet right now wondering if they’re a couple already. That we can’t tell yet. The one thing we’re sure of is that “they’re each other’s lobsters”.
Phoebe taught us that lobsters always make their way back to each other. A call to all the loyal members of the Friends fandom, we’re keeping our fingers crossed for this one!
